Description
Our TipCutter is a practical little helper for preparing the strands before attaching the individual strands of a hair extension.
In order to form a nice bond, it is often helpful to shorten the keratin bond by about half . With the TipCutter, you can quickly and easily pinch off part of the bonding and then you can easily attach the extension strand to your own hair.
